3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any text, images, or documents you upload to Cykle. By uploading, you grant us a license to store and display them securely strictly to provide the service to you. You agree not to upload content that you do not have the right to use or that violates any laws.

4. Free Tier and Future Premium

Cykle currently offers a basic set of features completely free of charge. In the future, we may introduce a premium tier with advanced features. The core tracking capabilities will always remain accessible.

5. App Availability

We work hard to keep Cykle running smoothly, but we don't guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or push updates that might temporarily interrupt access.

6. Termination

You can stop using Cykle at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

7. Limit of Liability

We do our best to send notifications on time and keep your documents safe, but Cykle is provided "as is". We are not responsible for broken appliances, missed warranties, or lost documents resulting from software bugs or missed notifications.
